We all need vitamins
and minerals as they are what regulate the chemical reactions
by which the body converts food into energy and living tissues.
Many authorities claim that if we eat a balanced diet there
is no need for supplementation. This was probably so, when we
lived close to the earth and didn't use processed foods and
agricultural chemicals. Today our soil is so depleted
and our food supply is so lacking in these vital compounds that
we need to supplement in our diet. Many herbs in LIFE QUEST
HERBS' MEGA HERB 15 supply many vitamins and minerals in
a natural form.
In many people's
opinion, the most healing thing there is in the whole world
is wheat grass juice. There has been more than one instance
when a person has been given up as hopeless and sent home to
die. Then they went on a program that changed their diet and
their lifestyle and started to use herbs and wheat grass juice
and they got over their sickness. Some of the medicinal uses
for it include arthritis, bruises, burns, cancer, constipation,
emphysema, gangrene, leukemia, poison oak, skin abrasions, rheumatism,
wounds, etc. Wheat grass, when taken with a cleansing program
will do much as a tonic aid toward relieving the pain and suffering
of all so-called "incurable" diseases, and will promote general
healing to the body.
Wheat grass juice
is one of the richest natural sources of vitamins A, B, and
C. It is a great source of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus,
potassium, sodium, sulphur, cobalt and zinc. It also has many
enzymes that aid the digestion.
The juice of the
wheat grass is often referred to as the blood of that plant,
and strangely enough, it closely resembles our own blood. The
only difference is the chlorophyll
molecule from the wheat grass juice has a magnesium atom and
the hemoglobin or blood molecule has an iron atom. There was
a report once of a white rat that had disease and they replaced
the rat's blood with chlorophyll and the rat lived.
It is said that
sprouted grain or the grasses contain more energy or nutrients
that any other food. Even Nebuchadnezzar was instructed, "To
eat grass as oxen", and it helped him. Wheat grass juice is
often recommended for chronic fatigue syndrome.
